Update 10/16/2014 – Great news 30 for 30 fans – Netflix has just brought a whole bunch of the documentaries back. We’re not sure how long they’ll be on for, so we highly recommend watching these if you have some time in the near future.

Update 8/17/2014 – We just caught word that Netflix will be removing the ESPN 30 for 30 documentaries September 1st, 2014 – Along with 150+ other titles being removed from Netflix, the 30 for 30 documentaries are being removed and we’re not sure as to whether or not they’ll be back anytime soon…


ESPN’s 30 for 30 documentaries are some of the best sport films of our generation. Giving the opportunity to 30 filmmakers to display their take on an event or person in sports history.

Varying from covering major events to “where are they now” stories, the 30 for 30 series are a fantastic way to get an in-depth look into some “moment” in sports.
