Will Forte’s latest comedy series, The Last Man on Earth, revolves around Phil Miller and his trusty camera in a post-apocalyptic world. The series made its premiere on Fox last year with a ten-episode run, and was renewed for a second season this month. When it comes to Netflix streaming The Last Man on Earth, there’s good news and bad news.
Starting with the bad: the show hasn’t hit Netflix yet.
The good news, however, is that Fox has full episodes hosted on their website, and the episodes are uploaded shortly after they air. Like other companies providing basic cable programming, Fox does not require a subscription or on-demand fee to watch these episodes. If you’re a dedicated Netflix fan and disappointed by the revelation, however, you can take heart in knowing that The Last Man on Earth may eventually end up on your favorite platform. Shows such as Mad Men and Archer have been transplanted from their original networks (AMC and FX, respectively) and are now available through Netflix.
